Flavia Inzikuru
As a legal and business consultant with a diverse and extensive background, she has previously managed the Africa desk at Lansky, Ganzger & Partner an international law firm in Vienna, Austria in cooperation with Andersen Tax Legal in Cologne, Germany.
With a wealth of experience in multinational markets, Ms. Inzikuru provides comprehensive solutions across various sectors, catering to firms of all sizes.
She is also the Director of Business Relations and a shareholder at FAU Agric Lda, a policy board member at Thinktank Europa platform, and an expert moderator for formal talks and panels on legal and business affairs.
Policy Advisors
Prof. Dr. Karl Aiginger
Dr. Karl Aiginger is the Director of the Think Tank "Policy Crossover Centre Vienna-Europe" (www.querdenkereuropa.at) and a professor at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Born in Vienna in 1948, he studied in Vienna and at Purdue University.
He served as Director of WIFO (Austrian Institute of Economic Research) from 2005 to 2016 and has held visiting scholar and professorial positions at MIT, Stanford, UCLA (USA), Hunan (China), and Linz (Austria).
Dr. Aiginger coordinated the project “WWW for Europe – a new growth path for Europe,” involving 32 partners. He is the founding editor of the Journal of Industry, Competition and Trade.
His research interests include the socioeconomic systems of countries, industrial policy, mainstreaming of climate policy, and education as a unique selling proposition (USP) of Europe in partnership with Africa.
Dr. Aiginger is also a Senior Policy Advisor at Inzikuru International Consultancy, focusing on education sector partnerships between Europe and Africa. He advises on strategic planning for cooperation between educational institutions, the African economy, new technologies, and climate change.
Dr. Dietmar Fellner
Born in 1951 in Waidhofen an der Ybbs, Lower Austria, Dr. Fellner comes from a family active in the timber industry. He studied law at the University of Vienna, earning a Doctor of Law degree in 1975. His career included roles such as deputy trade commissioner in Jeddah, Belgrade, and Baghdad from 1978 to 1986, and head of the Austrian Trade Delegation in Bucharest until 1992. He also led the Austrian Trade Delegation in Lisbon from 1996 to 2003 and in Moscow from 2008 to 2016, where he managed relationships with multiple Eastern European and Central Asian countries.
At Inzikuru International Consultancy (IIC), Dr. Fellner uses his extensive experience in foreign trade and export promotion to assist and support European companies, particularly Austrian ones, in entering and expanding in the African market. His commitment to fostering respectful and courteous business interactions aligns with his professional approach in international markets.
Wolfgang Zottl
Born in Vienna, Austria, in 1960, Mr. Zottl holds a background in electrical and mechanical engineering. He was employed by the Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB) from 1979 to 2021, where he held various management roles in vehicle and machine maintenance, logistics, and system planning.
Since 2005, he has served as a Key Researcher, and in 2011, he became the Head of the R&D department of infrastructure at “ÖBB Infrastruktur AG.” In this role, he has been involved in several national and international projects, focusing on infrastructure, railway operations management, wheel/rail interaction, and logistics.
